Congratulations Uncuddly - Our New Wiki Curator!
Until now, we've always set out to have exactly three Wiki Curators... However due to the sheer dedication and the regular contributions of one particular person that has most certainly gone above and beyond the call of duty, that's about to change!
That person would be Uncuddly and I'm positive that anybody who has ever checked out the Recent Changes on the Wiki will be all too familiar with his name and just how much he has contributed to the LittleBigPlanet Wiki!
So a big congratulations are in order for Uncuddly for his thoroughly well-deserved promotion to the rank of Wiki Curator on the LittleBigPlanet Wiki!

Congratulations Shadowriver - Our New Wiki Curator!
I'm pleased to announce that our very own Shadowriver is being promoted to the rank of Wiki Curator! Shadowriver has been with us since the beginning and has worked tirelessly on the LittleBigPlanet Wiki ever since, so when we found ourselves in need of a new Wiki Curator, we couldn't think of anybody more suited for the position!
So with all that said, please welcome Shadowriver into his new staff role!
New Wiki Moderator - Hallm3!
Hallm3 is joining the LittleBigPlanet Wiki team and will be one of the new Wiki Moderators. Hallm3 has been a regular contributor to the LittleBigPlanet Wiki for quite sometime now and as such, we would like you all to give him a warm welcome to the team.
New Wiki Moderator - bludhound!
We have a new Wiki Moderator joining us on the LittleBigPlanet Wiki team, so please give a very warm welcome to bludhound!
bludhound is the site owner and operator of the LittleBigLand and LittleBigSites websites and is a very welcome addition to our own LittleBigPlanet Wiki team.
LBPWiki is now changing look!

Move Pack and Update 1.06 content is out!
We have been quietly developing brand new wiki articles for the upcoming PlayStation Move content for LittleBigPlanet 2.Below is just a sample of the articles available on the new Tools and Features of the upcoming Move Pack and Update 1.06.

Keep in mind this is based on the LittleBigPlanet 2 Move Beta and pre-released information provided to us by Media Molecule, so some areas are still subject to change before the Move Pack's release.We are also lacking icons right now so there might be lot of red text, however the wonderful folks at Media Molecule have promised to provide us with the necessary assets soon.Due to the nature of the LittleBigPlanet, the articles are far from complete and we hope that the community will contribute quality articles for the LittleBigPlanet Wiki upon the Move Pack's Release. Wiki links on LBPCentral
You can use the [wiki] and [/wiki] BBcode tags to denote a wiki link on LBPCentral! This is a great way to link to a wiki page as part of an LBPC tutorial, a reply to a question or just to give readers further information. For example, [wiki]Score Giver[/wiki] will produce a link to the Score Giver article in your post. Feel free to use this feature to point people in the direction of LBPWiki for more information! A New Wiki Moderator!
Please give a warm welcome to our newest Wiki Moderator, Talasea. She's already a moderator for the official LittleBigPlanet GetSatisfaction website and will be filling in a dual-role of both moderating the LittleBigPlanet Wiki and continuing her moderation duties over on GetSatisfaction.
Still, she tells me that she's up to the challenge and certainly has a few ideas of her own that should greatly benefit the Wiki Community.
On a related note, if there's anybody else within our community that you feel has been a great contributor to the LittleBigPlanet Wiki and deserves some more recognition for doing so, feel free to send a Private Message towards myself or one of the other Wiki Curators and we'll certainly take note of your praise for that community member.
Announcing the new Tutorial Community namespace!
As you may have seen from the recent swathe of edits in the Recent changes feed, we have renamed the aforementioned Tutorial namespace to Community, to generalise the purpose of this namespace. However, the wiki staff are still deciding how best to use the new area, so for now, fill it with things like tutorials and articles about community-oriented things. Announcing the new Tutorial namespace!
The Tutorial namespace is a brand new addition to LBPWiki that allows you to create in-depth tutorials away from the mainspace about game specifics, such as logic, level design and glitches. Feel free to check out the Tutorial namespace page list to see what has been posted already.

Ready to standardise some page layouts?
LBPWiki:Formatting/Gadget articles is now an official formatting guideline. We'd love it if you can help to standardise the layouts of gadgets articles and other important ingame articles, using the formatting guideline as a guide.

Mm image licenses are caught up
A big thank you to the entire wiki community on your efforts in getting us caught up on the image licensing issues. We can still use help keeping an eye on this as described in the Mm images To-Do sub page, as new images are uploaded all the time, and contributors sometimes forget to set the license properly. Calling all cars, calling all cars! The Molecules have asked us to step up the priority of getting the copyright message on all their images. We have an entry on our To-Do page and the details of this mission can be found on the Mm image sub page.
