Other Uses of Stickers
Colouring & Shading
Some specific stickers are used for stylizing materials, in example, the "Shaded Circle" sticker is often placed on materials to make them darker, or coloured stickers are used to make materials appear in a specific colour.
Costumes
Another common use of stickers is in creating costumes. Players can use stock stickers or create their own with the camera tools for the purpose of making new custom costumes. Custom created stickers are often shared in special levels in which the creator gives the players instructions on how to combine costumes and stickers to make cool costumes.
In LittleBigPlanet PSP this cannot be done due to the hardware restrictions of the console, which means that the player is unable to place stickers on their Sackboy and additionally there are no tools available to create custom stickers.
Sticker Limitations
Stickers take up thermo space, too! So be careful not to place too many!
The sticker limitation per object is 99.
Note that placing different varieties of stickers will consume more thermometer space than placing multiple stickers of the same type!
Splats from the Paintinator also affects the limitation as it still counts as a sticker.
On intricate objects with many stickers, stickers can become distorted. Some parts of the stickers can even disappear.
